Shipping costs
You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information as soon as it is available. Please wait a few days for the tracking number to become active so that you can track your parcel accurately.
All international packages are subject to customs, duties and inspections. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees and any additional charges incurred during the shipping process.
Please note: If you refuse to accept the applicable fees and the package is deemed unclaimed, refused or otherwise rejected, Elevate Ease will not issue a refund or reship the order.
